Exercise Of Month – 14 Week Challenge Phase 1 Program

In this months Exercise of the Month we are looking at the Phase 1 Program of the Conan Fitness 14 Week Transformation Challenge.

The program consists 3 Super Sets and a Conditioning Circuit

Superset Exercises Include:

  1. Squats & Chin Ups
  2. Bench Press & Deadlifts
  3. Shoulder Press & Weighted Sit up

Conditioning Circuit involves completing as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes with the following exercises:

  • 50 Skips
  • 10 Step Ups
  • 5 Burpees

Luke Dimasi is an experienced Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer and has been working and studying in the industry for over 9 years. During the completion of a bachelor’s degree at the University of W.A. he personally trained many clients of various walks of life from the mainstream weight loss populace to sports specific and wheel-chair bound clientele.
