Exercise & Workout of Month: Snatch Grip Deadlift

In this months exercise of the month we look at the snatch grip dead lift which is a great exercise for strength but also good for technique for any of the pulling type dead lift motions and Olympic lifts.

We will also combine this exercise into our workout of the month for a quick little circuit.
