Visualization is old hat in the world of sport. This is the awareness that an image ingrained in the mind’s eye repeatedly for a period of time cannot NOT affect the underlying image of expectation, whether that be the expectation of a result, a process, performance, outcome or level of attainment.

They say ‘expectation rules outcome’. Visualization embeds an expectation which raises one’s standard to meet that expectation. So create an image of the ideal result or process and visualise it in present time as already being reality. Every day.

When the image in the mind’s eye becomes the expectation a new standard will have been set. And every subconscious act will be directed toward that standard.
