Exercise Of The Month – DB Power Snatch – OH Pushup Clap & ALT V-Ups

In this months exercise of the month we look at the dumbbell power snatch and we combine it with pushup overhead clap and alternating V-ups.

Workout Plan

  • 5 x Dumbbell Power Snatch (each side)
  • 5 x Pushups with Overhead Clap
  • 5 x Alternating V-ups (each side)

Repeat for 10 minutes
