In this months exercise of the month we look at the dumbbell power snatch and we combine it with pushup overhead clap and alternating V-ups.
Workout Plan
- 5 x Dumbbell Power Snatch (each side)
- 5 x Pushups with Overhead Clap
- 5 x Alternating V-ups (each side)
Repeat for 10 minutes
