Exercise Of The Month – TFL Stretch

This month we focus on the stretching of the TFL (Tensor fasciae latae) muscle. In simple terms the TFL is one of the hip pocket muscles.

When this muscle becomes tight it can be quite a hard muscle to stretch and we generally find that this muscle poses a problem for runners and cyclists.

In this video we will look at several ways of stretching this hard to stretch muscle so that you can hit it from multiple angles.
