Burpee Box Jump With Single Leg Suspention Pull Up & KB Windmill

In this months workout of the month I am going to show you a quick 10 minute all body workout. The workout is called Burpee Box Jump with Single Leg Suspension Pull Ups and Kettle Bell Windmill.

The workout consists of the following routine:

  • 10 x Burpee Box Jump
  • 10 x Single Leg Suspension Pullups (each leg)
  • 10 x KB Windmills (each side)

Do each round continuous for 10 minutes.
