In this months Exercise of the Month we are looking at the Phase 1 Program of the Conan Fitness 14 Week Transformation Challenge.
The program consists 3 Super Sets and a Conditioning Circuit
Superset Exercises Include:
- Squats & Chin Ups
- Bench Press & Deadlifts
- Shoulder Press & Weighted Sit up
Conditioning Circuit involves completing as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes with the following exercises:
- 50 Skips
- 10 Step Ups
- 5 Burpees
