In this months workout of the month we showcase the Power clean and combine it with bomber pushups and wtd walking lunges for a quick wholebody 10 minute workout.
Firstly we will we look at the technique and execution of the Power Clean. You will learn the correct technique to maximize power.
Then we will put this together with the other two exercises for our workout of the month.
